Meadow Sun Mikasa Large Rim Soup Bowl 1986-1994 1980s 1990s pattern (excellent condition). Mikasa was founded in the 1940s in California, but was always manufactured globally. Mikasa's popularity grew quickly, for good reason. This Mikasa piece was manufactured in Japan. From there, this sturdy Mikasa bowl found its way to Sacramento California, and now it is looking for a new happy home in its third decade of life. Appropriate for everyday use. Safe condition for dining use, significant service life remains.
